Over-all Project Completion – construction phase 96%. The project is currently on schedule.
Concrete polishing – 99%
Finish paint – 99%
MEP trim out – 95%
Low voltage trim out – 90%
Floor coverings – 95%

Current work includes: Finish painting, kitchen equipment start-up, low voltage trim-out, and the MEP trim-out. Contractor punch list is being prepared.
Two-week projection includes: Installation of the gas meter, final concrete polishing, final cleaning, and start the Architect and Engineer team punch list preparation.

We have a move date!

Students will be moving in to the new school on December 12, 2011! We are so excited. To facilitate this move we will have additional early dismissal days in December. Please mark your calendars for NOON DISMISSAL on Dec 2 and Dec 15, as well as the scheduled date - Dec 16.
